Color has a way of setting or changing mood.. whether that be the ambience in a room, or within a person, certain hues on their own or used in combination with others evoke certain emotions or memories that shape the way we live. This is Color Psychology.
Let’s take the color yellow for example. For me, yellow conjures up feelings of warmth if it is pale yet the feeling of exhiliration if it is a bright hue. It reminds me of Spring and of happy times. It is a stimulating color, so therefore a perfect color to use in the home. If we are talking about color psychology, yellow is the happiest color in the whole spectrum of colors!
Marketers focus on color as a factor that will get consumers to buy what they are selling, and it seems, color can change peoples shopping habits. In a study done on onlyinfographic.com, the colors orange, black and royal blue attract impulse shoppers while the colors navy blue and teal attract shoppers on a budget.

Log and Timber Entry Way/Chad Liero Custom Homes
The entry way of this Pocono Lake home is in it’s first stage of construction, installing the log columns, and decorative
timber accents. We will now prepare the base of the columns and around the door for an application of fieldstone, but before we do
that, we will be hanging Vinyl Cedar Shake Siding. I will post again soon, with some fresh pics!🙂
Prow Front Design Gaining in Popularity in Poconos
Homes with Prow fronts have become a desired option for many of those building homes
in the Poconos. For whatever reason, buyers are gravitating toward this trend more and more.
Custom Built is Best, When You're The Builder!
The Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania have always been loved for it’s scenic beauty & country charm…
so it’s no wonder many vacationers love it so much that they build their second homes here. The days
of tract “cookie-cutter” housing are coming to a close, as consumers prefer to build a custom home; a
home that screams “them” and is as unique as they are, because it was designed just for them. Custom Home
Builder Chad Liero, of Chad Liero Custom Homes/You’re The Builder, and architect Mark L. Freeman make
a great design/build team, working together for the entire design/build process. Their many suggestions and
ideas, along with yours will result in a home design that is unique to you and your families wants and needs.
